Restore and renovate the existing heritage building and build off the rear with a complimentary modern extension.
Our Solution
Croydon House is a distinctive fusion of classic and contemporary styles. The family home utilises earthy materials and textures to create a unique and seamless modern heritage feel. The project consisted of a restoration and renovation of the existing heritage front and a complimentary modern extension off the back. The extensive use of terracotta, stone and face brickwork make for a sensitive blend between new and old. The face brick public facing facade forms a sculptural boundary and serves as a point of interest for those who pass by.
